Vice President of OperationsNancy Blumenthal has an intimate knowledge of the credit and financial industry. Nancy’s role as the VP of Operations of Retirement Strategies & Solutions, was shaped by her talents and passions as well as the success of their practice. Partnering with her husband, Jamie, they started a firm specializing in helping clients who want to protect their investments as they transitioned into retirement. She quickly got her Insurance license for life and health. With Nancy’s excellent presentation and communication skills to impact decisions, service clients and close sales, the company has grown rapidly.
Nancy started her professional career after graduating with honors from Georgia State University, with a BBA in Accounting and Marketing. This experience started at a major retailer, Macy’s, where she specialized in managing large staff quantities and designed an automated new accounts credit system with a CPU link to all credit bureaus with a built in fraud system that had never been done before. Nancy left the retailer to become the VP of Marketing for Magnum Communications, which developed the new accounts credit system with her. While in this role, Nancy discovered her real talent; talking with people and making sure they felt as if they were the only ones that were important and they knew that their satisfaction was of primary importance.
Nancy and Jamie have been married for over 30 years. They have two wonderful children, Stephanie and Nathan.

Nick Stovall CPA/PFSSM, MBA boasts an extensive background in accounting, finance and investments. With over 20 years of experience, he brings decades of private industry accounting, public accounting, business taxation, IRA taxation, technical taxation, tax law, and tax policy knowledge to the organization. With an in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and solid understanding of the complex demands of diverse business settings, his experience provides an invaluable perspective on the intricate relationships between tax and business issues.
During his tenure in the private industry sector, Nick served as the chief financial officer for Glenn Corporation, E Energy Adams and Gradient Financial Group, LLC. He has also consulted in the public sector serving individuals and businesses in the areas of financial and tax planning. Nick was an instructor with National American University, teaching upper division accounting courses and remains a mentor for aspiring accountants in the Twin Cities area.
Nick earned the Masters of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of St. Thomas where he graduated with distinction. In addition, he attended Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota for the Masters of Business Taxation. Nick also holds his series 27, 7, and 66, as well as his life and health license.
Nick remains active in the accounting industry and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MnCPA) and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Nick is a member of Ed Slott’s Elite IRA Advisor Group.
